# Exchange Policy

We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Charges

A **₹200 exchange charge** will be applicable on every exchange request.

2. Shipping Charges

In case of an exchange, **the shipping/courier charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer**.

3. No Refund

**We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.** Once an order has been delivered, it can only be exchanged if it meets our exchange conditions.

4. Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be raised **within 3 days from the date of delivery**. Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

5. Product Condition

The product must be returned in its **original, unused and undamaged condition**, along with its original packaging, tags and accessories, if applicable. Products that are used, damaged, washed or altered may not be eligible for exchange.

6. Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange if it meets the applicable conditions.

Make a video while opening the package (Full Unboxing Video showing both Sides Of the parcel and the Seal). Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product without unboxing video proof.

**Note:** Please make sure to check your product carefully upon delivery and contact us within the 3-day exchange window if you need an exchange.
